Erreweyaert loves making zines and witnessing ideas come to life. ‘Five random Wikipedia articles’ is a graphic challenge to convey various types of data to the reader in an orderly and aesthetic way. He curated the entire piece and selected five articles to include in this work. The essence of this volume is graphic in nature — an exploration toward a simple representation of information.
While he doesn’t aspire to be a bookbinder, he finds it fascinating to grasp how specific design choices impact the binding process. Prototyping editorial designs and exploring diverse solutions help to envision how ideas on a screen will translate once printed.
